Soft Skill Training – Workshop duration and ideal group size
My training is a combination of a group workshop and systemic coaching. Via active engagement in group exercises and reflection on individual questions, participants can identify areas for improvement. What kind of leader do I want to be? What kind of values to I stand for? How do I want to treat my co-workers as well as myself?
As part of the preparation, we will develop a customised concept together. Ideally, the workshop will consist of 6-12 participants and will take between 4 and 14 hours on your premises.
